When You Call the Number on This Site

Independent water damage restoration companies answer calls to (425) 548-1472, or those calls connect to them. Those companies price and perform all cleanup, drying, and repair work. Country Village Sewage Cleanup does not do that work and does not set its price.

Each company handles what it learns from you under its own practices. Ask the company you speak with how it keeps your information, and read any agreement it gives you before you sign.

Details We Handle

The details depend on how you reach us.

• Phone calls: your phone number, the time and length of the call, any recording, and whatever you say about your property, your address, or your insurance.
• Email to hello@sewagebackupcleanupbothellwa.com: your address and your message.
• Site visits: technical data such as the page you viewed, your browser type, your general location, and your IP address, handled through our hosting and analytics provider.

Recorded Phone Calls

Calls can be recorded. Washington's privacy law, RCW 9.73.030, calls for the consent of all parties to a recorded private conversation, and it treats an announcement to the other parties as a way to obtain that consent. By staying on a call after being told that it is recorded, you consent to that recording. Hang up when you do not want to continue on those terms.

Who Receives Your Details

Your details reach these 3 groups, and only for the reasons stated.

• The restoration company you speak with receives your call details, so it can respond to your request.
• Service providers that carry calls and host this site handle the data needed to run those services.
• Courts, regulators, or other parties receive details when the law requires it or when we need to protect our rights.

Hosting, Web Analytics, and Google Analytics

Cloudflare hosts this site and supplies Cloudflare Web Analytics, which reports on visits and page performance. Cloudflare processes technical data to deliver and protect the site.

This site also uses Google Analytics, a Google service, to count visits, the pages viewed, and taps on the call button. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and receives technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed. Google handles that data under its own privacy policy.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on that opts out of Google Analytics. The site has no accounts and no forms.

How Long Details Are Kept and How They Are Protected

We keep details only as long as we need them for the purposes above or as the law requires. We use reasonable safeguards, but no phone or internet service is completely secure.

Asking About the Details We Hold

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@sewagebackupcleanupbothellwa.com. Applicable law sets how we respond to each request. A request to us does not reach the restoration company you spoke with, so send that company your request as well.

Visitors Under 13

This site is meant for adults who are responsible for a property. We do not knowingly collect details from children under 13.
